Wave Cards Support Access Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the collection of login credentials from existing clients (“Client”) in Queensland, Australia, for the purpose of accessing their accounts for support and troubleshooting purposes. By providing your login credentials and using our support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Account Access
2.1. To facilitate support and troubleshooting, the Client may be required to provide login credentials, including but not limited to usernames and passwords, for their accounts (“Account”) related to the services provided by Wave Cards (“Company”).
2.2. The Client acknowledges that providing login credentials is voluntary, and they have the option to seek alternative support methods.
2.3. The Client understands that sharing login credentials poses security risks, and they agree to share these credentials solely for the purpose of addressing the specific support issue for which access is requested.
3. Password Change
3.1. After the support issue has been resolved to the Client’s satisfaction, the Client agrees to change their password for the Account accessed by Wave Cards representatives.
3.2. The Client is solely responsible for managing and securing their Account, including the creation and maintenance of their passwords.
4. Security and Confidentiality
4.1. Wave Cards is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of Client information.
4.2. Wave Cards representatives will use the provided login credentials solely for support and troubleshooting purposes and will not disclose, share, or misuse the Client’s login credentials or any other confidential information.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The Client is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring that they do not share these credentials with unauthorized individuals.
5.2. The Client is responsible for promptly changing their password after the support issue is resolved.
6. Termination
Wave Cards reserves the right to terminate access to the Client’s Account at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. The Client may also terminate this Agreement by notifying Wave Cards in writing.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Wave Cards may modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Wave Cards’ support services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
