Note for Android phones: Avoid placing the sticker at the centre of the back of an Android phone to prevent triggering the NFC receiver. Turn off NFC or place the sticker at the top or bottom. The sticker can be placed anywhere on the back of an iPhone.

2. For bulk orders, please place an order and email us your design
3. We will program the chip & (QR Code if needed) with your unique link.
5. We will post your card and send you the shipping email.
**Handling and shipping**
▪️ Order will be confirmed and handled in 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.
▪️ Standard shipping time is 3-7 days through Australia Post, and express shipping is 1-3 days through Australia Post Express. Also, same-day shipping is available for Brisbane areas only for extra fees (This is approximate)
▪️ Please consider that shipping time is only estimated and can vary depending on the logistics and the carrier company, as this is basically out of the seller’s hands. 🙂
1) You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered used and we will not refund you.
2) All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
3) We will refund your full payment upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
4) We will bear all the shipping costs if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.
